Shipping rates:
Free delivery on all orders in India.
For international orders, the shipping cost may vary depending on your location.
All orders typically require a processing time of 8-10 business days before dispatch. This timeframe allows us to carefully create and prepare your items. Once processed, delivery time will vary based on your location.
During the holidays and major promotions, shipping may require additional time. Once an order is packed and ready to ship, a label is printed for the shipment, and customers will receive a mail message stating that their shipment is on its way along with the tracking number.
Shipping Time:
For most serviceable pin codes, we deliver within 8-10 business days. However, due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or any other reason, it may take longer. You will, however, be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will email you after your order is sent to our delivery partner
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
