Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

At Read With Sonal, I want every reader to enjoy their bookish merch with ease. Please review these shipping, return, and refund policies before placing your order.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates:

India: Free delivery on all orders.

International: Shipping charges vary based on location. Final cost will be shown at checkout.

Processing Time: All orders require 8–10 business days to process before dispatch. This allows us to carefully print and prepare your items.

During holidays or major promotions, processing may take longer.

Delivery Time:

Domestic: Most orders arrive within 8–10 business days after dispatch.

International: Timelines vary by destination and courier partner.

Unexpected delays (weather, strikes, remote areas, etc.) may extend delivery times.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Return Policy

1. Courier Returns (RTO – Return to Origin)

Orders may be returned by the courier if undeliverable. Common reasons include:

  • Customer not contactable
  • Incomplete/incorrect address
  • COD amount not ready
  • Delivery rescheduled or refused
  • Door/premises closed
  • Pincode not serviceable

2. Customer Returns

Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please email me at itsmesonalg@gmail.com
within 10 days of delivery with photos of the product and original packaging.

Fragile items (mugs, framed posters) must also include clear pictures of the damaged product, packaging, and visible shipping label.

Rejections or Wrong Size/Color:
Since all products are custom printed to order, returns due to size, colour, or change of mind are not eligible for refund. A new order must be placed at the customer’s expense.

Refunds

  • Refunds are approved only for damaged/defective products or cancelled orders (before printing/shipping).
  • Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed.
  • Refund timelines depend on the payment method and processing policies.

Cancellations

Customer-Initiated: If an order has not yet been processed, it can be cancelled and refunded. Once the order is processed, cancellation is not possible.

Note: Orders may be cancelled in cases of stock issues, payment errors, or unserviceable pincode. Refunds in such cases are issued on the original payment method.
